AI is already shaping how many GP trainees learn and reflect — but without the right guidance, authenticity and quality can be lost. In a recent Learner+ pilot with NHS GP trainees, they found reflection not only easier, but more genuine and aligned with their training. This session explores how AI can support deeper, more conversational reflection while keeping the clinician’s voice at the centre — helping the next generation of GPs learn and reflect with confidence.
