Artificial intelligence is already moving from concept to clinic in the NHS—but what does it take to deploy it safely, effectively, and at scale? In this session, three InSites organisations share their real-world experiences as early adopters of AI.

  • Chelsea and Westminster will reflect on their implementation of Skin Analytics, covering clinical, operational, and governance perspectives.
  • Cambridgeshire and Peterborough will share lessons from deploying AVT, including workforce readiness and evaluation.
  • Alder Hey will discuss their broader AI portfolio, and what it takes to build organisational readiness.
  • Expect practical tips, common pitfalls, and insights to help others move from pilot to practice.
