What does it take to develop innovative, inclusive, and tech-enabled models of care? Launched in 2023, the Health Foundation’s Tech for Better Care innovation programme is supporting multidisciplinary teams to explore, test and pilot new tech-enabled approaches to care that are relational, proactive, and closer to home / in the community. Hear stories from health and care teams on what it takes to drive care-led, tech-enabled innovation, including the challenges, hacks and opportunities. Programme partners Social Finance and evaluators Ipsos will also share the practical learning emerging from the programme. Reflect and connect with others in this interactive session.
