Adam brings over 30 years of NHS experience to his role as Chief Executive of Milton Keynes University Hospital. Starting his career as a trainee accountant, he rose through senior finance and operational roles before leading national programmes on improvement and leadership at NHS England. His work includes spearheading initiatives like the Virginia Mason NHS partnership and the Aspiring CEO programme. Adam is a passionate advocate for patient-centred service improvement and continues to contribute to healthcare leadership as a faculty member at the Good Governance Institute.
