
Alison Johnson
Alison Johnson serves as the Senior Vice President of UK Health Systems at ORCHA Health Ltd, bringing over 25 years of experience in operational transformation and leadership development within the UK healthcare sector. Her career has been dedicated to improving service delivery and patient experience through the integration of digital health products.
In her current role, Alison leads new business initiatives and oversees client account management across NHS, local authority, and voluntary sector organizations in the UK. She focuses on mainstreaming ORCHA's platforms to ensure their widespread adoption and integration into service delivery.
Prior to joining ORCHA, Alison held various leadership positions, including Director of Programmes and Projects at ORCHA, Associate at TRIFOLIUM LTD, and Director at People Platform UK Ltd. She also served as Head of Organisational Development at North West CSU, Assistant Director of Organisational Development at NHS Merseyside, and Assistant Director of Organisational Development at Halton and St Helens PCT. Her extensive experience encompasses leading complex transformation programmes at both national and health system levels, aligning strategic objectives with digital opportunities.
Alison holds an MSc in Leadership for Health Service Improvement from the University of Birmingham and has completed executive education in Leadership and Mobilising for Action at the Harvard Kennedy School.
