Dr. Ally Jaffee is a multi-award-winning NHS junior doctor, mental health advocate, and the co-founder of Nutritank. Passionate about preventative healthcare and specializing in psychiatry, Dr. Jaffee is a prominent voice in the movement to integrate nutrition and lifestyle medicine into the healthcare system.

Dr. Jaffee qualified from Bristol Medical School in 2021 and also holds a BSc in Medical Humanities & Creative Arts from Imperial College London. During her time in medical school, she co-founded Nutritank, a non-profit organization that educates healthcare professionals and students on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle medicine in preventing and managing chronic disease. Her work with Nutritank has been instrumental in advocating for policy changes, including the addition of a nutrition education clause to the 2019 NHS Long Term Plan.

A sought-after speaker, Dr. Jaffee has delivered keynote talks on mental health, social entrepreneurship, and leadership at high-profile events for organizations such as Google, PwC, and the Royal Society of Medicine. She is also a familiar face in the media, having appeared on Channel 4 with Jamie Oliver and featured in The Times, The Telegraph, and on BBC News.

Dr. Jaffee is a recipient of numerous awards, including the prestigious Diana Award in 2021 and the Prime Minister's Points of Light Award in 2022. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and a trustee for the Chimo Trust, a youth mental health charity.

As a passionate advocate for mental health, Dr. Jaffee openly shares her own experiences to help destigmatize mental health conversations. She is a content creator with a significant following on social media, where she shares educational content on mental health and well-being. Her future career goals include practicing as a holistic psychiatrist, with a focus on nutritional and lifestyle interventions for mental illness.
