Anas Nader

Dr. Anas Nader is an NHS doctor, CEO, and Co-Founder of Patchwork Health, a leading workforce management platform that’s transforming how healthcare organizations plan and deploy their workforce to drive productivity and whilst improving flexibility. Anas is also an active board advisor, public speaker, and mentor to entrepreneurs and startups within the HealthTech space.
Previously, Anas served as a Darzi Fellow and Clinical Innovation Fellow at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where he led various service innovation and digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Before pursuing medicine at Imperial College London, Anas earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Biomedical Communications from the University of Toronto, specializing in the design and development of digital healthcare solutions. He later worked as an independent consultant, guiding healthcare institutions through their digital transformation journeys.
