Angela Misra

Dr Angela Misra is a healthcare leader with expertise in mental health service improvement, leadership, education and organisational transformation. Her work focuses particularly on compassionate leadership, psychological safety and building social capital to support stronger healthcare teams and organisations.

Alongside her work with Imperial College London, Angela has advised on healthcare service transformation and delivery internationally, supporting organisations with strategic planning, leadership and scaling. As an exited founder and Board Advisor, she brings experience of both developing new initiatives and helping organisations translate strategy into sustainable change.

Angela is passionate about interdisciplinary education, training and mentoring, and has extensive experience designing and delivering programmes for professionals across healthcare and other complex systems. Her wider work has included leading national mentoring programmes and developing initiatives focused on community empowerment and resilience.

Her contribution to healthcare leadership has been recognised through several awards, including the Healthcare Leadership Award Dubai 2025 and the Royal College of Psychiatrists London Division SAS Doctor of the Year 2024.
