Ayad Marhoon is an enthusiastic professional with a background in Organisational Psychology. Ayad has extensive experience working with ethnic minority communities and voluntary organisations, where he has carried out numerous research projects and has applied evidence-based practices to enhance organisational effectiveness. As a Project Manager at Turathi CIC, Ayad leads a team researching and preserving the stories and heritage of ethnic minorities and diaspora communities in the UK. This role extends to building relationships with communities and research participants and supporting data collection efforts.
Ayad is also involved in the Patient Carer Community at the University of Leeds, working with students in medical related degrees on their ability to communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds.
