She has successfully led complex business transformation initiatives, helping organisations align strategy, people, and processes to deliver measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Recognised for her collaborative leadership style, Brenda partners with executive teams to define strategic priorities, develop practical roadmaps for implementation, and guide organisations through large-scale change.
