Claire Dellar is a pioneering leader in digital health accessibility, with over 22 years of experience in IT transformation. As an Accessibility and Inclusive Design Strategist at NHS England, she champions inclusive design in critical healthcare systems, from cancer screening to electronic patient records.
Her unique perspective as both neurodivergent and a wheelchair user informs her approach to creating human-centred, accessible services that deliver significant ROI. Claire's expertise in co-design, trauma-informed research, and benefits realisation has been instrumental in revolutionising accessibility in digital healthcare products and engaging senior leaders when promoting collaborative accessibility initiatives.
Claire is also the founder of Wheelchair Tango Foxtrot Consulting, through which she campaigns for inclusive working practices and culture. Her advocacy extends to her role as a speaker at events like Camp Digital, where she discusses designing for universal accessibility.
