Dalal Al Shamari is Executive Director of Health Information and Communication Technology at Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) in Qatar, where she leads the strategic development and implementation of digital health and ICT initiatives across the organisation’s national network of primary care centres.

Al Shamari has extensive experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes that enhance healthcare accessibility, interoperability, and operational efficiency.
