Dan leads a regional Social Care Digital Transformation programme for NHS England in London. This involves providing access to the London Care Record for care homes and ensuring that all social care providers in London are digitally secure. Dan runs a regional Digital Care & Health Network and events that cover themes including connecting health and social care through digital technology. Dan recently carried out a borough Neighbourhood Model Lead role and has worked with non-NHS partners such as local authorities, schools and the voluntary sector, so has a broad understanding of the need to join up data across systems
