Dr Dominique Allwood is Chief Executive of Imperial College Health Partners, one of England's Health Innovation Networks, where she leads the adoption and spread of innovation across health and care for more than three million people in London. She also serves as Director of Population Health at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, one of the NHS's largest teaching hospital organisations.

An award-winning medical leader and public health physician, Dominique has more than 20 years of experience driving transformation across healthcare, population health, quality improvement and health innovation. Her career spans clinical practice, provider and commissioner organisations, academia, national policy, consultancy and the voluntary sector, giving her a unique perspective on delivering system-wide change and improving health outcomes at scale.

Passionate about advancing health equity, Dominique has led major initiatives to improve healthcare quality, strengthen collaboration and accelerate the adoption of innovation across health systems. She is recognised for her authentic and collaborative leadership style and is a sought-after keynote speaker, facilitator and mentor, inspiring healthcare leaders to deliver meaningful, sustainable change.

Dominique has received numerous accolades for her leadership, including recognition for her work during the COVID-19 pandemic at the NHS Nightingale Hospital. She is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London, a Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health and an Associate Editor of BMJ Leader. Her expertise spans digital health, population health, healthcare leadership, innovation and system transformation.
