Eleonora Bruni is an experienced midwife and educator specialising in physiological breech birth and respectful maternity care. She is a core member of the international organisation Breech Without Borders, where she contributes to global training programmes aimed at improving clinicians’ confidence and competence in supporting vaginal breech births.

With a strong clinical background in midwifery, Eleonora has worked across diverse healthcare settings, supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. Her practice is grounded in promoting evidence-based, woman-centred approaches that prioritise informed choice, safety, and dignity in childbirth.

Eleonora is passionate about advancing skills in breech birth management and reducing unnecessary interventions through education and advocacy. She has delivered training and workshops internationally, helping healthcare professionals develop practical skills and rethink traditional approaches to breech presentation.

Through her work, she is committed to improving maternal and neonatal outcomes while empowering both clinicians and families with knowledge, confidence, and choice.
