Harpreet is a passionate advocate for equitable access to quality healthcare. As a practicing primary care doctor, he is at the forefront of patient care, witnessing first hand the transformative potential of digital health and AI-driven innovation. His mission is to drive meaningful change by strategically implementing emerging technologies, shifting healthcare from reactive to proactive, and empowering individuals to take control of their health.

With extensive experience in national healthcare strategy, Harpreet has led NHS digital initiatives that have secured over £1.5bn in funding. He co-founded two healthcare start-ups and played a pivotal role in establishing the NHS Digital Academy, a £6m programme designed to develop digital leaders within the NHS.

His leadership extends to high-profile advisory roles, including serving as Senior Fellow to the CEO of NHS England, where he influenced national policy on health innovation and technology. He was the first national Associate Chief Clinical Information Officer at NHS England and a founding board member of Digital Health. London. As an expert voice in the field, he sits on the editorial board of BMJ Health & Care Informatics and has contributed thought leadership to The Financial Times, The Guardian, BMJ, and The Lancet.
