

Hinnah Rafique
Dr Hinnah Rafique is a highly regarded HealthTech expert, clinician, senior leader in systems change, NHS Clinical Entrepreneur, Health Innovation Fellow, academic, and speaker.
After her foundation medical training, Hinnah chose a pathway combining medicine, education, innovation and social enterprise. She is the founder of Generation Medics, a pioneering organisation dedicated to widening access to medical, healthcare and life science careers—especially for underrepresented and disadvantaged groups. Under her leadership, Generation Medics has grown to deliver mentoring, outreach, recruitment support, and retraining programmes across the UK.
Hinnah holds roles in academia and enterprise. She lectures at the University of Oxford and other institutions, and serves on the board for the NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur Programme. She was among the early Clinical Entrepreneur Fellows in the NHS and has consulted widely on medical education, health innovation, MedTech, system transformation, and social enterprise development.
As a speaker, Dr Rafique brings a rare combination: clinical insight, entrepreneurial experience, and systems-level vision.
