Jack is a commercial and finance professional with a broad experience across healthcare including Pharma, Diagnostics, Healthtech, and the NHS.

He began his career in finance with the Roche Group, gaining experience in Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, and Personalised Medicines in Europe and North America. He was involved in the launch of multiple ground breaking therapies within cancer immunotherapy as well as genetic sequencing and point of care testing solutions. He then moved to the world of digital health start-ups, leading commercial strategies in multiple health tech organisations, from early-stage to exit. After a stint at Novartis's Digital Health Biome, he joined the NHS Innovation Accelerator as Director of Delivery and was promoted to Co-Director in February 2024.
