Jagdish Kumar serves as the Head of New Business at Sutton Primary Care Networks (PCNs), where he is instrumental in developing and implementing innovative healthcare initiatives to enhance patient care within the community.
With a robust background in cardiovascular disease prevention, public health, transformation, community development, research, evaluation, and primary care-led change, Jagdish brings a wealth of experience to his role.
His interests include population health, addressing the inverse care law, co-production, and disrupting patterns to bring about positive changes to care.
In his capacity at Sutton PCNs, Jagdish has been involved in several key projects:

Women's Health Hub: Collaborated in establishing The Sunflower Clinic, a specialized women's health hub in primary care, aiming to improve access to services and reduce the need for secondary care referrals.

Primary Care Automation: Worked alongside Dr. Raza Toosy on automation projects to enhance long-term condition management and risk stratification in Sutton, Wallington, Cheam, and Carshalton.
