Jon Brichto is a visionary digital entrepreneur and leader dedicated to transforming children’s emotional wellbeing through immersive innovation. Alongside Co‑Founding Embers the Dragon — a clinically grounded story‑based early‑years digital platform — Jon also co‑founded Brickwall, a purpose‑driven creative production agency where he has spent nearly two decades scaling tech‑enabled communication and content solutions. 

As Chair of Tend VR, Jon drives the development of VR‑based therapeutic tools aimed at improving mental health outcomes via immersive environments and digital therapies. His rare combination of creative production know‑how, strategic leadership and deep commitment to wellbeing places Jon at the intersection of healthcare, digital innovation and storytelling.

At Embers the Dragon, his leadership is enabling a new kind of early‑childhood emotional development solution — backed by funding from bodies like the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) and designed by a collaboration of clinical, education and creative specialists. 

Jon’s mission is clear: to harness immersive technologies, purpose‑driven narratives and creative strategy to deliver scalable, impactful solutions for children, families and education systems.
