Kalina Mihaylova is the Head of Medical Innovations at Daye, a start-up dedicated to reinventing gynaecological healthcare through innovative medical devices and telemedical services. In her role, Kalina led the development of the world's first virtual Period Pain Clinic and the novel Diagnostic Tampon service, both aimed at improving access to reproductive healthcare. With extensive experience in clinical research and medical device development, Kalina is at the forefront of addressing historical gaps in women's health innovation. Her work focuses on combining technological advancement with clinical excellence to create accessible, patient-centred gynaecological care solutions. She is particularly passionate about leveraging digital health technologies to democratise access to specialised women's healthcare services.
