Kerry Rodger is the Digital Training and Engagement Manager at Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where she leads initiatives to enhance digital literacy and engagement across the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group. With a strong background in digital transformation and staff development, Kerry has been instrumental in implementing tools like the Digital Skills Assessment Tool (DSAT) to support staff in adapting to new technologies and improving patient care. 

Kerry's commitment to digital innovation and staff empowerment has been recognized at the national level; she was a finalist in the Women in Tech Excellence Awards 2020, nominated for the Role Model of the Year category for the Public Sector and Universities.
