Luke Dix is Executive Director of the Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group, one of Western Australia's largest and most complex health services. With more than two decades of experience across the public health system, he is a respected healthcare executive with extensive expertise in clinical operations, service delivery, and organisational leadership.

Beginning his career as a registered nurse, Luke has held a number of senior leadership positions across the South Metropolitan Health Service, including Service Director, where he led the delivery of complex hospital and health services while driving improvements in quality, safety, and patient experience. He was appointed Executive Director of the Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group in 2025, where he is responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams across one of Australia's leading tertiary healthcare networks.

Luke is passionate about building high-performing health systems that deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. His leadership focuses on strengthening organisational culture, empowering clinical teams, and embedding continuous improvement to enhance outcomes for patients, staff, and the wider community.
