Dr Nikita Kanani MBE is a practicing GP and former Medical Director of Primary Care at NHS England, where she negotiated the 5-year contract for primary care; managed the Covid-19 pandemic response and led the national and local implementation of the largest and most complex vaccination programme in UK history. Alongside her work as a GP, Nikita is Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Aneira Health, a state-of-the-art women's health service combining clinical care with computational biology, genomics, machine learning and AI to deliver personalised care for all women.
