As a leader at Sidra Medicine in Qatar, she has played a key role in advancing high-quality paediatric critical care services while driving operational excellence, physician engagement and multidisciplinary collaboration across one of the region's leading academic healthcare organisations.

Board-certified in Paediatrics and Paediatric Critical Care, Patricia also holds an MBA and is a Certified Physician Executive (CPE), bringing together clinical expertise with executive leadership and business acumen. Her career spans frontline critical care, medical education, quality improvement and healthcare management, with a strong focus on developing physician leaders capable of navigating the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
