Paula Bellostas Muguerza

Paula Bellostas Muguerza is Senior Partner and Global Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice Leader at Kearney, where she works with healthcare and life sciences organisations on strategy, innovation and digital transformation.

Since joining Kearney in 2010, Paula has built extensive experience working with global healthcare and biopharmaceutical organisations, particularly at the intersection of medicine, technology and business transformation. She is passionate about improving health outcomes and addressing inequalities across healthcare systems.

Paula is a prominent advocate for women's health and health equity. She developed and launched Kearney's Redesigning Healthcare with Women in Mind initiative and has helped drive the firm's work to address gender disparities in healthcare research, investment and innovation.

Her work increasingly explores the role of AI, data and emerging technologies in healthcare, including how they can be designed and deployed in ways that improve outcomes without reinforcing existing health inequalities.
