Rachel Gurney is the Co-Founder of Founders Comms, a communications agency that supports founders of high-growth startups and scale-ups. With a career spanning both in-house roles and leading agencies, Rachel has extensive experience in sectors undergoing rapid evolution or facing significant scrutiny. ​

Throughout her career, Rachel has specialized in health, technology, education, and infrastructure, working with organizations such as Pfizer, BenevolentAI, Index Ventures, Teach First, Jacobs, and Heathrow. Notably, she served as the Global Communications Director for Kry, Europe's largest health tech startup, where she managed the company's brand across multiple markets, engaging with consumers, healthcare professionals, and major organizations like the National Health Service. ​

Rachel holds an MA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of St. Andrews and an MA in Leadership from the Institute of Education, University of London. She recently completed a course in Corporate Sustainability at the London School of Economics, reflecting her commitment to integrating sustainable practices within corporate strategies. ​

Through Founders Comms, Rachel leverages her extensive experience to provide strategic communications support, guiding founders and senior teams through periods of change and growth.
