Dr. Rajesh Aggarwal is the Founder and CEO of twenty30 health, an obesity disease management platform. With over 20 years of experience as a GI and bariatric surgeon in the UK and the US, Dr. Aggarwal has been at the forefront of adopting new technologies, including the DaVinci robot, setting the stage for innovative surgical practices.

Dr. Aggarwal transitioned from clinical practice to focus on digital health, where he spent nearly four years at Thomas Jefferson University spearheading the institution's venture arm to co-develop, validate, and scale digital health startups including Livongo and Neuroflow. His move to the commercial side of healthcare was driven by a desire to impact millions of lives, leading to the creation of twenty30 health, which addresses the growing obesity crisis in the US.
