Ramandeep Kaur
Ramandeep Kaur is the Group Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) at University Hospitals of Northamptonshire, encompassing Northampton General Hospital (NGH) and Kettering General Hospital (KGH). Her career in digital transformation and innovation began in 2014 as an Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA) Pharmacist.
She has completed the Digital Health London Pioneer Fellowship and Cohort 4 of the NHS Digital Health Leadership Academy. Ramandeep is an Advisory Panel member of the CCIO Digital Health Network, a member of the Faculty of Clinical Informatics, the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS), the Shuri Network, and the UK Clinical Pharmacy Association (UKCPA).
In July 2024, Ramandeep was honoured with the CCIO of the Year award at the Digital Health Networks awards, recognizing her as an inspirational leader and the first pharmacist to assume the CCIO role for a group of hospitals. Her dedication to mentoring emerging digital talent and her commitment to diversity in digital leadership were highlighted in her nomination.
Ramandeep's passion for digital transformation and innovation continues to drive improvements in patient safety and the advancement of digital pharmacy practices within the NHS.
