Rolando Tomasini is Director of Partnerships Europe at PATH, where he leads strategic partnerships and resource mobilisation to advance global health innovation and equity. Working closely with European institutions, governments, philanthropic organisations and international partners, he helps build collaborations that accelerate access to impactful healthcare solutions around the world.

With more than a decade of experience in global health, international development and strategic partnerships, Rolando has extensive expertise in donor engagement, public-private collaboration and health systems strengthening. His work focuses on connecting organisations, funders and policymakers to address some of the world's most pressing healthcare challenges.

Before joining PATH, Rolando held senior roles at UNOPS, where he managed high-level partnerships and supported transparency and accountability initiatives, including oversight of large-scale medical procurement programmes. He brings a collaborative, values-driven approach to advancing sustainable healthcare solutions and improving health outcomes through cross-sector partnerships.
