Roseanna Cawthorne has worked for NHS England’s Innovation, Research and Life Sciences Group since 2018. Roseanna’s portfolio covers the real-world testing, adoption and spread of health and care innovations. Her work to date includes the national NHS Test Beds programme, the Accelerated Access Collaborative’s Adoption and Spread Strategy, and the AI in Health and Care Award. She also led a workforce development programme, working with stakeholders to co-develop a suite of training and education materials designed to support health and care professionals to adopt innovations.

Before joining NHS England, Roseanna worked in a quality improvement role at The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health, London. Roseanna started her career in community and voluntary services, with a special focus on reproductive and maternal health.
