Selina Stephen is a communications strategist, leadership advisor and improvement specialist with extensive experience helping healthcare organisations turn complex ideas into clear, compelling messages that inspire action and drive lasting change. She is Director of Torchbearing Ltd, Director for Global Forums at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), and Associate Non-Executive Director at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.
