Dr Sumaya Mohammed Al Bloushi is Director of Nursing at the Ministry of Health & Prevention (MoHAP) in the United Arab Emirates, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping national nursing strategy, advancing workforce development, and strengthening the quality of patient care across the country.

With a career spanning clinical practice, leadership, and health system transformation, Dr Al Bloushi has been instrumental in elevating the nursing profession within the UAE.
