In his dual role as Medical Director at ORCHA—the global authority on health‑app assessment—and Primary Care Digital Transformation Lead at Cheshire & Merseyside ICB, Tom is a driving force behind safe, scalable digital health solutions in the NHS and beyond. 

His career includes senior roles at the British Medical Association and leadership in Europe’s largest tele‑health services, working with the NHS to integrate digital tools into clinical pathways.
