Clinical Innovation Delivery Lead, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust

Veena Mohan leads the Clinical Innovation Delivery function at Cambridge and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, where she drives the translation of emerging health technologies into real‑world care pathways. With extensive experience in innovation consultancy, research and NHS delivery, she supports collaborations across clinical, academic and commercial sectors to bridge the gap between ideas and impact.

She excels at connecting frontline clinicians, clinical researchers and innovation partners to solve complex problems at the intersection of care and technology.

Prior to her current post, Veena’s background includes work in health‑tech commercialisation, market‑research and technology assessment, where she developed a strong foundation in building partnerships, assessing business‑cases and applying rigorous evidence to innovation.

At the BMJ Future Health conference, Veena will draw on her hands‑on experience to showcase how health systems can effectively adopt digital innovations, scale change and deliver sustainable improvement in patient outcomes across integrated care settings.
