William Bradlow is a cardiology consultant at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. He leads the cardiomyopathy service and is an imaging specialist. He learnt echocardiography in Auckland and cardiovascular magnetic resonance at the Royal Brompton Hospital, before training in Oxford. He is interested in how clinical networks, and the routine data they generate, can become engines for better care and research. Recent work has reconnected him to a love of design, and convinced him of its importance in future healthcare.
