With 16 years’ experience as an NHS doctor and another 15 years leading national healthcare improvement programmes, I specialise in turning complex systems into meaningful change.
At Embers the Dragon, I serve as Chief Operating Officer of a pioneering story-based digital programme helping children aged 3–7, their families, and schools to build strong foundations in emotional development and resilience.
At HQIP, I commission the £11m National Clinical Audit and Patient Outcomes Programme (30 projects), ensuring clinicians, patients, and policymakers have the evidence they need to improve outcomes.
