Allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, our special discounts for students are for those who are in full-time education and wish to attend the BMJ Future Health Conference on 6-7 November. We only have 25 spaces available at the discounted rate, if you are number 26, you will pay the standard price.
To apply for the discounted student places, please send one of the following to Marina Antanasiotis (mantanasiotis@bmj.com):
- A copy of your student card which displays the date of validity in numerical form
- Include if you would like to attend on the 6th or 7th of November or both days
- An official letter issued by the Dean of your university confirming you will be in full-term education at the time of the conference you are booking (6 November 2025).
- Include if you would like to attend on the 6th or 7th of November or both days
If your application is successful, you will be provided with further instructions on how to register with our student rates.

**Early careers (trainees)
We are offering a limited number of discounted tickets for individuals in the early stages of their careers. To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Less than 5 (five) years of experience in your field
- Transitioning into a new industry with less than 2 (two) years of experience in the new field
Proof of eligibility:
To apply for an Early careers ticket, please send an email to Marina Antanasiotis (mantanasiotis@bmj.com) and include one of the following as proof:
- A CV or LinkedIn profile showing your years of experience
- Include if you would like to attend on the 6th or 7th of November or both days
- If relevant, a brief explanation of your career transition with relevant details
- Include if you would like to attend on the 6th or 7th of November or both days
If you meet the criteria, we will send you a private link to purchase the Early careers ticket. Please note, these tickets are limited and are available in a first-come, first served basis.
***Group bookings
Groups attending in person can save on individual delegate rates, accelerate their learning as a team and increase the exposure of their organisation and its successes.
Now we also have some new benefits for groups of over 5 attendees and any organisation can take advantage of these.
- Group savings apply when 5 or more individuals from the same organisation register at the same time
- Group bookings are available for the 1-day ticket (Thursday 6 OR Friday 7 November 2025) or the 2-day ticket (Thursday 6 AND Friday 7 November 2025)
