Future Health Leaders Middle East
As part of the two-day conference, BMJ Future Health Middle East will incorporate the BMJ | Virginia Mason Institute Future Health Leaders Middle East programme. This is an invitation-only leadership stream designed for a senior audience, including Chief Executive Officers, Board Members, Medical Directors and Executive teams from across the healthcare sector in the Middle East.
Hosted by BMJ Group in collaboration with the Virginia Mason Institute, the programme recognises that healthcare systems are facing unprecedented disruption. Rising system complexity, rapid digital transformation, workforce pressures and evolving patient expectations are fundamentally reshaping how care is delivered and how organisations are led. Responding effectively requires more than operational strategy alone; it demands bold, collective leadership and coordinated action at scale.
